7.3 Nature of Data and Reports:

BlockScout, Inc. provides blockchain tracing and analysis services using the best available data and technology at the time of analysis. Our reports are based on publicly available blockchain data, third-party data sources, and proprietary analysis methods. While we strive to provide accurate and comprehensive information, blockchain data is inherently complex and subject to limitations including, but not limited to:

  • The availability and accuracy of blockchain data at the time of analysis
  • Limitations in blockchain technology and data recording
  • The use of privacy-enhancing technologies that may obscure transaction details
  • Potential gaps or inaccuracies in third-party data sources
  • The evolving nature of blockchain networks and protocols

Our reports are intended to serve as a starting point for legal discovery and investigation. They should not be considered exhaustive or definitive. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Reports are based on the best available data at the time of generation but may not capture all relevant information
  • Reports should be used as part of a broader legal discovery process, not as the sole basis for legal decisions
  • Additional investigation, verification, and legal analysis may be necessary
  • You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence and verification of information contained in reports
  • Reports are tools to assist in legal proceedings but do not constitute legal advice or guarantee specific outcomes

BlockScout, Inc. makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any report or data provided through the Services. You agree to use reports and data at your own risk and to consult with appropriate legal and technical professionals as needed.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlockScout, Inc., its affiliates, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
